Annie001: He entered Benin Republic illegally. That is his offense against Benin Republic. This offense is called illegal immigration. The real crime is the violation of the immigration laws of Benin Republic And the reason why Igboho has not been extradited to Nigeria is because the Nigerian government has not formally requested for his extradition. 2 Likes |

Desmalis: You are a liar if you can't admit Igboho s crime. A lot of you are nurtured by Nigeria's educational system and inferiority to tell lies. Igboho was actively canvassing for the dissolution of Nigeria. He threatened on video to kill anybody participating in the democratic process. He threatened to depose Obas. His so-called efforts to protect Yorubas from criminals from outside the country and Fulani militia is nothing new. Almost every state in Nigeria has vigilante outfits that work with Police and receive support from them. Youths in Borno State are doing ten times more than Igboho ever did in combating Boko Haram via their CJTF. So you must work under established structures to be a vigilante. In summary, we should desist from lies even if they are sweet. Igboho and Kanu on tape, on video and in actions committed crimes. The law must take its course. 2 Likes |

Desmalis: His crime has nothing to do with Nigeria. He entered Benin republic illegally and obtained Benin republic passport illegally. The crime is over 10 years in prison. He refused a plea bargain because he refused to disclose the identity of his accomplice that help him get into Benin and also got him the passport. 1 Like |

omoolokunEsin: Leave sentiment aside, what about the crime he committed in Benin? Illegal entrance into a sovereign country without valid documents, illegally obtaining of passport when he is not a citizen. Those are the crime he is charged for. Remember his lawyer clearly stated that Nigeria has no representative and are not party to his legal troubles in Benin. |

Positivepoint: What sentiment? What of the crime of misrule, incompetence, obnoxious impunity and corruption your forebears have been committing against all AUTHENTIC Nigerians all these years? When are you going to account for them? Your soldiers are fighting fellow Nigerians in the south while your hunters and vigilantes are left behind to fight terrorists and bandits disturbing the peace of West Africa. Where's that done in the whole world. 1 Like |

Positivepoint:I'm the least person you can term with sentiment, what I'm saying is that all these narratives are only coming from FG and their cohorts especially Malami even when the subject matter has nothing to do with the ongoing case. Take for example this particular article, of what use is it to any party in this trial except for purpose of sensationalism |
