Amalarudeen: Clearly you don't understand me. People threatening to leave a bank because the bank follows the CBN guideline will meet the same situation wherever they go. So, if you think you'll take your business from Kuda bank to UBA because you don't want to answer KYC questions then I'm sorry for you. 1 Like |

Pimine: Lol, YOU THINK I AM AGAINST YOU DOING CRYPTO?? F*CK!! I DO CRYPTO!!!. My issue is with you people blaming Kuda instead of attacking the regulator forcing them to take these decisions! For Pete's sake. Crypto helped Kuda acquire more customers when other banks started blocking bank accounts, and you think they are happy this is happening? 1 Like |

LagbajaTheBEREAN: Yes without alerting the customer. Reason being that once the customer is alerted he or she would run. And it is also an offence for the teller or any member of the Bank staff to tip the customer. Take your time to read AML document to enlighten your ignorance as ignorance is no excuse to the law https://www.cbn.gov.ng/out/2014/fprd/aml%20act%202013.pdf 1 Like |

googlepikins: This your submission is an indication of the low quality of Nigerians. Because USA, UK and EU allows cryptocurrency trading, then Nigeria must allow it. Are you aware that China has banned cryptocurrency trading in their country. The reason is because it can bring down the economy, it is akin to a pyramid scheme. If it brings down the Nigerian economy, the same you will start blaming Buhari and Emefiele, that they are the most useless persons on Earth, especially if you lose your money in the trade. You sir and people with you mindset, are the most useless people on Earth. |

chloride6: Central bank of Nigeria (CBN) which is the Apex bank in the country and the chief financial regulator early this year directed all deposit money banks and other financial institutions to desist from transacting in and with entities dealing in cryptocurrencies. the significant risks that transacting in cryptocurrencies portend, including loss of investments, money laundering, terrorism financing, illicit fund flows, and criminal activities. To be clear, the CBN did not outlaw trade in crypto transactions; it only directed banks and other financial institutions to close the accounts used for cryptocurrency operations and desist from transacting with entities dealing in crypto. |

tonyson010:when transaction gets delayed , then you will wait till you get alert before releasing crypto.. And if you’re the buyer , provided you’ve marked paid, the trade can’t expire. Even if the seller/ buyer asks you to cancel , you will stand your ground , until u get your payment . Only a newbie gets scammed using p2p 1 Like |

AlieninPH:Aswearugaaad China is almost self-sufficient. They are a producing nation. They can start trade-wars with any country they want to and probably win. Can your country do that? Stop comparing apples and oranges here, my nicca. If you're gonna be a zombie, at least be a reasonable one. Oh, my bad! I forgot zombies are brain-dead so they can't reason. Now run along. I don't engage paid miscreants. |
