i mean some people have complained of their dependent's visa application being granted but not with a work permit. can it be that it was a mistake on the VO's path or the applicant applying in a wrong category?
and what is the right category (or link) to apply as a dependent of a student on tier 4?

Yes. After mailing them day and night, they finally gave us 22nd November. And that will be a day to Bradford deadline.

So my wife walked in today, yet they refused her. The only thing they did was to comment on her document and asked us to be there 7am on 22nd.

So keep sending mail.

the deadline to provide POF is on the 23rd.. and my POF will mature on 28th... Now the school said there is no extension for me...
I have applied to other schools in UK tho... waiting for the offer letter....
I dont know if it possible bradford help me send the money to another UK school that gives me offer if i write a letter?
If i ask for refund too... I dont know how many weeks it will take to get back here...

Request for refund. The money is still in the cooling period. That their calculation is very wrong PoF first before deposit deadline. Too bad.

You can submit your business account statement showing details of transactions.
You can get a reference letter from people who you deal in their products assuming you are a retailer that you are one of their distributors (someone did this about a month ago and got his visa).
You can also submit any CAC registration application doc or payment you've made to CAC and add an explanatory note because they may not understand what CAC stands for.
Just think outside the box and add any other document that can proof you've been self employed.

Knowledgeable people please help. My sister in law is running a program at Leeds Beckett University for a program of undergraduate and masters combined. She can work up to 20hours per week but her husband's(dependant) BRP shows no work? He is supposed to be eligible to work. Who has encountered this before and how long does it take to rectify please? Good morning to you all. Please do any one here have an experience changing the uk address on their TB certificate. I have been trying to get in touch with IOM about changing the school uk address on the certificate, since I have decided going to another school. Email have been sent to them as well requesting for this change. Should in case they don't pick my call or get a response about this action needed to be done, can I visit their office to change the address and get the certificate same day.
Then, is the change of school address on the certificate same as reissued tb certificate which is #8,500 in their
website.
