August 16th - November 12, I haven’t gotten my passport back, can’t even explain how much damage this has done to my business, despite telling me a decision has been made. It is really unfair and inhumane at this point.

Please I want to confirm some details, If I process my visa as travelling without dependents is there a time limit before my dependents can apply for visa to join me. Also, when the dependents are applying after I have gone, the proof of fund that will be required for them, will it be in addition to the one I used to process my own application or we only need to have the amount required for their own maintenance. I am asking because I currently do not have enough money to cover for all of us at the same time, so I was thinking if I can apply first and then use the same POF to process their own application after I have gone. Your response will be appreciated please.

I just received my CAS from university of aberdeen .They only requested POF and was issued with both conditional offer letter and my CAS .They didn't request I pay any deposit can I proceed with visa application .any body with such expirence. Am.only to pay 8000 pounds at enrolment

funny thing is the lousy answer the customer care at UKVI told me, that “it’s either in the UK or Nigeria because sometimes decisions are made in Nigeria or the UK, and it’s also possible they’re looking for your passport so please exercise patience”

I was about applying for visa for my dependent at TLS Ikeja but to my surprise it was showing all dates booked throughout the year but when I switched back to my application as if I want to amend date, it gives me vacant days. What can I do to this ?

My spouse has gotten Student Visa but could not travel because the school differed her admission date to first half of next year. She is about getting another admission with another school which will resume earlier than the former. I want to know if she can change Universities after getting the student visa or is the former school tied to her student visa?

Legal I meant isn’t suing them. Since it’s work visa. I would suggest you write them and make enquire about the earlier decision. if the earlier decision came out successful. Maybe it’s possible you get another passport and send to them. If that is possible. It not as easy as that tho but never say never. You can’t continue to wait when the passport is actually misplaced.

I am that person that uploaded my degree cert instead of waec cert, as I didn’t realize on time that my CAS stated waec not degree certificate.
Despite this, God still showed up for me and my family.

Submitted VAF for me and my family on 4/11/21 (priority visa)
Did biometrics on 5/11/21
Got non straight forward mail for my dependents (husband and 2kids) on 9/11/21
Didn’t get any for myself
Got collection mail for all of us on 12/11/21
Visa granted
