Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) has directed the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development to boost N-Power recipients by five million.

N-Power is a federal government-sponsored youth empowerment program that serves hundreds of thousands of people through the National Social Investment Program.

Sadiya Farouq, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, said the President had authorized her ministry to accommodate more N-Power recipients, and that Batch-C of the initiative, which admitted over one million people, had been launched.

She made the announcement during the humanitarian ministry’s handing over of feeding utensils to beneficiaries of the National Home-Grown School Feeding Program, another NSIP scheme, in Nasarawa State.

This Npower Batch C should be scrapped. Batch C stream 2 should just forget and move on with their normal hustling life as their will be no intake of Batch C stream 2, since FG doesn't have money to even pay the current stream 1 and they should just publicly announce to Batch C beneficiaries that the scheme is currently unhold till further notice due to lack of fund. NPower is just buying time with the payment status " processing" before they will finally come out to make announcement.
