That Lagos you are talking about, 40% of properties there are owned by Igbos and its not even their land. Give you people 100 years, you cant own 40% of anywhere outside your area.

Some people even say that Igbos own 70% of all properties in Abuja

In terms of development, I once started a thread here where I asked anyone to tell any state, outside the capital territories of Lagos and Abuja, that is more developed than my home state of Anambra that has three larg areas of Awka, Nnewi and Onitsha. Nobody could say anything. I dont even know how many cities in Nigeria can even boast of being more developed than the city of Onitsha
