Hello house!
Advise please!
I was refused a visitors visa in 2019 based on unknown source of funds
I want to reapply now and I intend to submit the following documents
1. Cac biz certificate
2. Biz acct statement with 1m balance
3. Reference letter from biz acct
4. Employment documents from my biz
5. Salary acct statement (250k monthly from biz acct)… with 700k balance
6. Letter from a supporting staff stating that I have access to funds in my biz acct OR Letter from my customer stating that I solely manage my biz with full access to anything that has to do with the biz.

Application would be in December, duration of the trip would be 14 days
What other supporting documents would I be needing and I also do know how to calculate my funds to align with the required funds to spend per day.

Kindly assist

Good evening
please i am from Ghana. i need your opinions please
A friend applied for visitors visa and had biometric just on wednesday 10th November. he paid for priority which is 5 working days and he got his decision today, which is just 2 working days after biometrics. unfortunately he was refused.
i applied for visitors visa and i am undergoing the normal 15 working days. my 15 working days will be up nextweek tuesday and i am yet to hear from them on my decision.
please my question is someone said with uk if they delay in giving a decision it means it is mostly refusal. and they do not delay if they will actually give you the visitor. please is this true
please help

Since 5th of August that my husband had his biometrics done for visit visa renewal, his passport is not yet out. We have called, sent emails and did application withdrawal about a week now still no passport. Please can anyone advice on what to do? We need the passport urgently for another purpose.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Lincolnint: 2:07pm On Nov 13, 2021
Not true, delay can be a result of the volume of application they received when your applied or document verification.

Don't really like the priority, the ECO may want to meet up with the 5 days and not do a proper check of your documents and lead to refusal or mistake s like the refusal letter someone sent yesterday.

What was your salary account balance?
And did you submit your corporate account statement? If yes, what was the account balance?

Bro stop panicking. Your application is still under the normal processing time.

If your application is delayed doesn’t necessarily means refusal. The 15 business working days is not a guarantee processing time. It’s the average processing time. This doesn’t mean that all applications will be processed within 15 business working days. Majority of the applications will be processed within the 15 business working days. The rest will definitely fall after the 15 business working days.

It doesn’t mean that your application will be refused if you don’t get decision within the average processing time.

Best of luck

Going through your write up, it looks like I made a little mistake while applying for my mom to come and visit my husband and I in the UK...

Firstly, her address on her bank account is our village address, but she is in Lagos now to visit my brother and we used my brothers address..if the both addresses do not match, will it cause any issues?

Again, we chose my mom is a a farmer and earns around 500k per annum, plus additional money from children..... but there is no proof of any deposits from her farming business.. how do we explain to ECO about this...

I have pictures I took with her in the farm few years back which I will also upload.

We also filled that she is living with her grand daughter who is 10 years and will love to come back to unite with her after visiting...

We will also put on the invitation letter that she will return in order to harvest her farm products...

Again, our UK accounts we use for expenses and also salary account..we have a joint account where we transfer money to. If we only print our individual account statements and submit without attaching the savings acct, will it cause issues? Or should we put savings account as well..

I look forward to ur response please

Address on bank account statement does not mean if still your current home address, because if is not your permanent home when you open the account there's a probability that you can changed the residents location home address at any point of time .

4 previous schenghen visas are positives. In my opinion, you should not use the funds meant for your business to sponsor your trip seeing tht your business accrding to you at this time is worth 1m. That’s small. And also because eco says the funds for business are meant for the running of the business.
What you can do is try to just beef up your personal funds a bit. Dont do money lodgement. If it means waiting for 1 extra month.
Otherwise u can give it a try but you surely need to have ties to prove to the ECO tht you are not a potential overstayer.
Not married, no kids, slightly poor financial assets could be negatives. So think hard. Do you have property, assets, investments or bonds/shares?
