The United States pushing back against both powers with Military defence pacts both in south east Asia and Europe.

Any invasion by Russian or China will trigger those defence treaties and America has sworn to respond to them in the language they understand.

The problem started with Belarusian elections of which Belarusian is not an EU member but an allay of Russia.
The EU was concerned with the crisis going in Belarus and pressure now came from Belarus neighbours when it became a blockade against Belarus!
Unfortunately the Belarusian president was not able to handle,manage the election crisis neither it's relations with it's neighbours.the Belarusian president now hijacked a plane in mid flight to kidnap a journalist(this made matters worse because he could not defend himself).
He now opened Belarusian borders for illegal migrants to passes through Belarus into Poland.
Poland now got annoyed with Belarus because only Belarusians could cross into poland.forcing Poland to draft military personnel and for the first time build a border wall.

In summary the tension between Russia and eu is been fueled by Belarusian political actors both the president and the lady(can't remember her name now)

The Belarusian president is using illegal migrant (by cashing out on transport fees and security passage) to bombard Poland its neighbour inorder to create a problem.
