ddippset: You're the dumbest, daftest and most retaarded ignoramus I've ever encountered on Nairaland. You're now shifting the goal post after I exposed your tomfoolery you dim-witted twer.p. Only you assume that there were only 3 parties that contested in the election. Only you assume that Andy Ubah had the highest supporter turnout, only you can figure out the exact number of registered party members of every damn political party in Anambra from behind the keypad of your cheap phone and come to the conclusion that Andy Ubah had the highest percentage turnout of supporters. What asin.ine dolt you are. I swear your inanity and level of mental retarrdation is on a whole new level than I'd ever witnessed before. In fact, it's a world record. Kudos to you dingbat. 2 Likes |

U don't seem to understand the logic of Nigerian political space. the people that vote in primary elections are not just electorates, they r supposed to be core die hard party loyalists, the defenders of the party, if u understand this statement then u should understand that if the over 200k voters in his primary election ever existed, then they don't have any reason for not showing up to vote on the election day. Their votes e supposed to be sure bankers ddippset: 2 Likes |

It is simply because our BVA has not advance enough to be able to acredit ghosts who usually vote in APC primaries. We will get there. |

In Anambra, Andy Ubah is as valuable as that famous Adviser to Lagos Governor on Gutters, Joe Igbokwe. None can win any free and fair election in the state. |

Basic common sense would have prevented you from embarrassing yourself so cluelessly and stupidly. 200,000 votes don't just get whittled down as dramatically as they did during the Anambra gubernatorial election. INEC does not organize party primaries, so the Association of Professional Clowns (APC) was able to run the show and rig it in favour of their anointed candidate, by over-inflating their voter registry. All that the INEC organised gubernatorial election established is that the number of real APC voters on the INEC electoral register is far lower than the inflated one which Dapo Abiodun and co were bribed to produce by Andy UBA. They can't even blame the state of insecurity because things were ddippset: |

ddippset: This analogy is not entirely true. People who show up at their party primaries are usually the diehard party faithfuls, who will never miss a general election. The numbers for the primary votes were forged. Look at everywhere else in the world, their general election vote turnouts usually eclipse party primary votes by huge percentages. |

vanbonattel:if 200k(66%) voted for him alone in the primaries,we must have another 100k(33%)that voted for other candidates,so APC is trying to convince us that they host 300+ thousand voters in one day, hmmmmmm!! |

Jimbadly:Jeeez How does this nonsense you typed here address the fact that voters don't fucccking turn out for the main election?. Are you guys simple, slow or stupiid? Even sef, How big is the number 200,000 that you meatheads think that a major party like APC can't of that membership anywhere in Nigeria? Even if we assume that, of the 2 million registered voters; APGA has 1 million PDP has 700,000 APC has 200,000 Other parties 100,000 Based on this assumption what is the big deal about a membership of 200k in a big state with 20 LGA s and over 200 awards? Voters just don't turn out on election day... Andy Uba's supporters are not aliens or spirits, they are among the populace that just don't turn up! Damn!!! Why are you people so foolish... |
Re: How Andy Uba’s 200,000 APC Supporters Were Stopped by ddippset(m): 11:53pm On Nov 13, 2021 |
Anambra should have up to 20 LGA's and up to 200 wards. 1000 members per ward would give a total state membership of 200k. Just 1000 members per ward. Is this what Is impossible for a party like APC to have anywhere in Nigeria? Also if 2 million voters are registered in Anambra. Let's assume that APGA has 1 million PDP has 700k APC has 200k What Is so impossible about this? Especially considering that APC is the ruling party in Nigeria, With ministers and other big shots from APC? I bet that since APGA won the election with 150k votes, over 600k APGA supporters did not come out on election day. So what is the big deal about 160k APC supporters failing to come out and votes? These silly sentiments are borne out of the hatred for the current government. Just sentiments bereft of common sense! Most of you are not even APGA supporters but PDP supporters who are not botheredthat they also lost Anambra. What bothers them instead is how Andy lost But the fact is that PDP will not rule this country in another 30 years..so continue crying.. They more they boast about taking over power the more their members decamp to APC. Only an APP implosion can give PDP a sniff. 2 Likes |

ddippset: You don't write sensibly at all! To start with, nobody is saying Andy Uba must have had 240k votes. The point in question is the disparity between the total votes he got in the primaries versus the total he got in the actual election. Let me make it a bit simpler. In the primaries, only APC members voted. In the general election, many of the voters do not belong to any party. What that means it that out of the 43k votes that Andy Uba got, a good proportion of them came from non-APC members. If we assume that half of the people who voted for him don't belong to any party, it means only about 10% of the supposed voters in the primaries turned out for the main election. If 200k people were eager to see him fly the flag of APC in the election, how come ordinary half of them did not show up during the main election to make sure they brought him into power? You're asking how come 1.8m people didn't vote for the other candidates. How did you arrive at the fact that APC has only 200k supporters in Anambra? That 200k APC members voted for Andy Uba during primaries, does that translate to APC having only 200k members? Can you see that your argument is absolutely senseless? 1 Like |

ijustdey:Whoever wrote this is a poor journalist, Apc had no primary at all, the aspirants can't even tell where the venue of Apc gov primary held, infact the leader of Apc in anambra state Chris ngige said that there was nothing like primary infact he was surprised that Apc national working committee declared Andy uba candidate without helding an election which other candidates were shocked at the way Andy uba bribe his way, infact the 200,0000 votes is fake, it's imagination or madness. Nothing like that. |

Kennydoc:Speak for yourself pls. A lot of these people commenting are actually sayo g that Andy Uba should have gotten 240k votes. They are! And Also, I repeat having a state membership of 200k is not a big deal. On the flip side too, there are some party members who do not have PVCS and so cannot vote. Coupled with the abysmal turn out... Finally I ask you too; if 2 million people were eager to register and collect their voter's cards and make a change in the state, how come ordinary 10 percent of them did not show up to make sure their state is saved. You answer. |

ddippset:Let me explain to you in a language you understand. Let's imagine the 200k votes Andy got are from legit voters in the primary election. It is expected that at the general election, the same 200k party members should come out to vote for him. What this means is even if the electorate of Anambra state don't vote for APC, 200k votes from party members is sure for them at the general election. This is simple logic!!
