I'm a beneficiary of the Npower program BATCH C which I applied for late last year.

During the year I got a job with a financial institution. At that time I had written the test and was selected and subsequently deployed to a school in SouthWest Nigeria.

I sent an email to support@nasims.gov.ng to inform them that I am now gainfully employed and would like to exit the program. I also tried to call their support phone lines.

There was no response from either channels and surprisingly, I received an alert of the 30k stipend today, despite not printing the deployment letter or going for physical verification.

Kindly advise me on the steps to take to formally exit the program as I want avoid receiving payment from FG while in the gainful employment of a private institution, which can be considered fraudulent.

A friend of mine too was paid, he did not do any of d physical verification, neither did he print or submit any deployment letter.
And we still have most people out there, who went through the stress of physical verification going up nd down looking for their PPA and are yet to get paid.
The people handling the program are just confuse, they rarely know what they are doing.
Anyway congrats to u and others who got their alert.

At enzawaez pls i made a mistake of inputing wrong acount number but corect bank name and bvn, and have caled their helpline and i spoke with almost 7 of dem which they take my detail and told me that they have escalate it. But stil yet noting change . Now on friday i was lucky their facebook verified handler took my detail all my detail with bvn and told me to check back latest by monday that it has been sent .but my portal is stil on procesing , upon al my complain can i recieved my money in my acount with d help of my bvn or wil they paid it to wrong acount number , pls help

If the account number is wrong I am sorry you will not be paid, put a call through the helpline

You have to record it in your financial position as a RECEIVABLE which is under ASSET to you, so the entity making the transfer to you will record the money as a LIABILITY which will be classified as contingent liability on their financial position and will be deducted under CASH in the company's ASSETS.

I'm guessing it's from our banks cos someone I did physical verification before has been paid so I'm guessing that's the issue hopefully this week we get paid

I think you need to visit Npower batch C group on Facebook my friend. Better still, visit Npower official page on Facebook.
Check my screenshot below and I didn't even have any intention to go to my PPA.
