Float switch is good ONLY if your voltage is normal and stable. If your area is normally experience low voltage Pls do not use float switch or else you will burn your pump.

You’d want to avoid using it if your current is unstable.

That’s penetrating damp caused by water coming through the exterior part of the building that’s exposed to severe weather condition.
This can be stopped by having proper insulation installed on your exposed wall or waterproofing the wall.
In extreme cases, you may want to install awning over such area.

Penetrating damp can also be caused by water coming through leaking window frames. To stop this you’d want to use silicone gun to waterproof around your window.

It's dry land but might still require a ground beam.

I guess hollow blocks were used.
The bricklayers like to fill the block holes at the windows with all manner of junks and mortar. It will take a longer time for moisture to dry out from that solid section than the other normal wall areas.
You don't have any problem. Make sure it is dry before painting with a water-resistant paint.

There are some Emekas in Orile that have more capital and integrity than those “big” names fancy companies with tie wearing reps.
I know a particular dealer that importants up to 100 containers of tiles and sanitary materials at once.

I was a mediator on the matter and he got a very fair deal to convert the cash he’s meant to refund into supplies (just 1 granite and 1 sand) but he still blew it up.

I think he has dipped his hand into many difficult stuffs. I pray he’s able to retrace his steps and come back stronger and better.
