Terrible people. Experienced that two years ago. It was a weekend and I tried repaying with my ATM. For some reason, the payment failed and I was debited. That was the only money in my account at the time and I didn't want to risk a second failed transaction. By Monday when I got to the bank to repay directly to their account number, late payment interest for about 3 days had been added. Despite the fact that I emailed them and explained what was going on and showed them the evidence. I deleted the app afterwards. Their interest rates are outrageous too. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Jumiapay has not been friendly as back as 2 years ago, there network is very bad to the extent you can't decide what you want to do on their app, the worst thing is that send message to their email they will not respond until you owe them and they begin to call you |
