This penalty routine is 100% determined by where the keeper dives to. If the keeper doesn't move, then the routine is useless.

Look at what Sommer did to Jorginho in the first leg. There's no way he will try the same thing again.

grin grin grin this one na lazy penalty he play jare cheesy he jorginho has scored his type of penalty even when keeper doesn't move wink

The misses are testament to Yann Sommers brilliance. After he saved the first PK, Jorginho couldn't do his usually penalty run up, he had to go direct.

And whenever he and Bruno Fernandes go direct with no hop and skip, they are the worst PK takers you will see.

I think we should thank Jordan Pickford also ,he made Jorginho change his kangaroo style grin

So Ighalo was called back?
I am not sure he might be the solution.
Either change formation or seek wingers that can cross the ball. I have been monitoring the african WCQs and I can tell you that even so called minors have a plan but might not have the players to execute it.

Imagine Dennis who is our best player in the EPL this season with 3 goals and 3 assists in 9 games not getting invited. Collins getting invites from the German second division when Awoniyi who is part of Bundesliga’s top scorers is not getting invites.

Even among the invited players, Rohr doesn’t even know his best players. Akpoguma warming bench for Ekong. Aina, a natural wingback warming bench for Simon who is a winger playing makeshift wingback. Zaidu, a UCL starter warming bench for Collins, a German second division player.

It just feels like the man has a select group of players he chooses to play everyday without consideration for club form or even country form (Ekong for example has been poor for at least 5 games now).

I don’t want to be pessimistic, but we will find it very difficult to not lose to Cape Verde with their current form. I predict a hard-fought 1:1 draw, or a 2:1 loss to Cape Verde, because I honestly don’t see us even winning that game knowing Rohr’s defensive mentality.

Give me this SE team and I would win AFCON! This Rohr is the most stupid coach in Nigeria's history. Substitutions: put Musa installah and vibes. Can't study a game and make Substitutions to change a Game trajectory. He will just stand there and be looking like Mumu. Same thing gainst Argentina and Algeria. Very stupid coach!! Ekong posted on YouTube yesterday and I went to give him my piece of mind on his page. How can a team captain be posting YouTube videos during the period of important games? Can a Harry Kane try that with England? Arrant nonsense. Unserious set of boys! Lose tomorrow you will think Lagos na Abuja/Akwa Ibom.

Collins getting invited got nothing to do with awoniyi not getting invited from same Germany because they both play in different positions

Collins getting invited by rohr is worth it at least

And you are right at the part where you said rohr doesn’t know his best players

Well said fabyom

Some people now will come and say you are wishing the team bad just because you spoke your mind which was pure facts

Rohr is a very useless coach

Her point is Collins shouldn't be benching Zaidu who plays both top flight and continental games as starter.

Nawa for you people sef. There is nothing wrong with having a channel. In fact many football players currently have YouTube channels. Vinicius and Neymar have a running channel. I have watched ekong's channel and it's not as if he's is actively doing something else while others are training. Must you complain all the time
