I’m currently working on 2 different project. We’ve spent between 10 - 20m on their exteriors alone. One is less than 180sqm while the other is 300sqm compound.

most are under quoted most are inflated…. Allow QS to do his job.

By the time you see Architect given price of plumbing, furniture , electrical cable etc… there is probability that there will be an error.

Also given quote without drawing to me is like wild goose chase….:

350k is it too much or or too low ?? I cannot say exactly where in Imo state....but borehole drilling in much part of Imo and Abia is still very cheap compared to other places due to water levels...I did one earlier ...Aba precisely

Also given quote without drawing to me is like wild goose chase if it is given without a drawing it is supposedly taken as an estimate, sometimes when such a quote is given it is a guide to the inquirer or client on what the figure of the similar projects cost in the past, stop sounding like we have to ask for the drawing then head to building materials market and start doing price survey for free, Afterall inquiries here are for free.
