I have been trying so hard, i want to learn html APIs but they are made with Javascript, someone told me that i should learn Javascript before learning HTML APIs, because i myself I know that i am cralming that html APIs and not studying it, because i don't understand anything. Which one is html apis
Html and css are not coding languages. Hmtl is simply like a standard letter web pages used to send messages between browsers so that they can display the content to humans. Same as css

Now JS is a programming language. JS is on a different level than html and css and has nothing related to any of them except for that fact that it can be used to manipulate hmtl and css codes

Trying to learn APIs with no JS knowledge is quite the uphill task. And there’s really not much you can do with it without knowledge of JavaScript. Just skip that part in your HTML tutorial. You won’t need it till you start writing JavaScript.

I can guest that you are learning from w3schools..
skip that API till you have a knowledge of JavaScript I know they are web workers , geolocation , local storage and so on... they are not part of HTML nor JavaScript they are just API (application programming interface )

w3schools is one of the best learning resources for beginners.
It also has an extensive documentation on DOM objects and web APIs.

For intermediate w3schools is still a good resource. You might also check out MDN and freecodecamp. As for advanced, that one simply comes from experience.

No i am not cramming, i do more of project thant even tutorials, the problem is that i was confused about APIs so that is why I asked, because i am not a supporter of cramming programming language how can you cram, just learn the concepts.
