Please can anyone help me diagnose this skin ailment.. I just started seeing white spots on my forearm a while back. I used different creams to treat it to no avail. Now it's slowly spreading to the rest of arms.. what can I use to treat it? It's non itchy tho.

Looks like eczema though, try nixoderm.
Bathe with warm water every evening then apply it

Note: bathe with warm water in the morning as well make you nor go smell for public.

Mix baking soda+lime+black soap.
And rub.

It is but this skin reaction is very very stubborn...best you go for the ketoconazole
