Have you contacted your school? Can't your school engage the Home office on your behalf to retrieve your BRP card? I feel like this will be the best way.

The person who paid visa on my behalf was based in UK, so I couldn't have known about the BRP collection process, and the third party selected "post office". The person didn't realize that in the CAS letter, there's a BRP collection code that gives the university the permission to collect BRP on your behalf, and i didn't notice this too. Sadly right now, the UK Home Office haven't replied yet by mail despite sending msg to Ukvi through their gov.uk website since last Monday concerning the BRP delay.. 3weeks don pas already..

I actually applied since August, getting my documents and getting an appointment date at TLS made me submitted biometrics on 2nd September, I had people who even submitted much later than myself, yet it didn't take more than 2 weeks for theirs toi get approved.

They treat everyone's case differently even schools. There are some departments won't start giving out CAS immediately while some other departments in the same school are already giving out CAS.

That's why you don't need to compare your situation with another person's own.

There are times priority visa will take longer than standard visa.you can't explain such situation since you are not working with them.

But it's still better to apply early. A lot of factors might have played out.

He is not fraustrated. The guy's reply was inappropriate. Right from the beginning of this thread, people have been using bank statements generated from their app. Some use it while some don't. The guy should have just replied with "Yes, if you can generate a sign and stamped one" or "No, i wouldn't advise you to if it is not signed or stamped".
Everyone deserves respect when you are answering their questions. If you can't apply respect when answering questions then don't.

Thanks for the information. We Nigerians generally love the traditional method of doing things that's why going into the bank get the bank to stamp and sign each page looks better to me. But like always we learn everyday. Cheers
