With the amount of average players in the our team, I would advice our fans to sit tight and trust in the process. These things are gradual. We can only expect to as you've said; be at the level of Norwich, sheffield Wednesday, Sunderland etc in 10 years max, and the likes of Assnal, Leicester, Aston Villa in 35yeare max.
