Hygiene experts which one comes first brushing the teeth before breakfast or breakfast before brush. Which one is hygienically appropriate Based on fact.

Anyone. It depends on my mood.

If I wake up hungry, no time. Only on few occasions I brush before breakfast. And I mean weekends.

On Weekdays, I don't do breakfast. So I just brush and dash out. Only get to break my fast during break period at work.

I don't think this has to do with hygiene because even if you brush before breakfast, the same bacteria/ enzymes that aid mastication will still be released. So, what exactly are you avoiding?

It depends. If you brushed before bed the previous night, you can eat before brushing but if not then you have to brush first.

I make use of chewing stick or pako in the morning then brush after lunch
