The moment the government met and surpass the demands of the protesters by asking states to set up judicial panel of enquiries....and the police disbanded the sars unit....the protest should have ended but opposition PDP politicians saw it as an opportunity....another fuel subsidy protest(fuel subsidy protest in Jan 2012 marked the end of GEJ presidency) and began funding the endsars protest while urging them not to agree to government demands.

In US for example, they'd conduct autopsy on the dead bodies to check the cause of their death and possible time of their death.. but in your own case, there are no dead bodies to conduct autopsy on and no families have come out to fight for justice for missing or dead loved ones, just verbal argument that people died.

The person, they actually did not obtain the 11 dead people testimony from the witness, I won't even call him a witness since he did not testify and was never placed under oath and the fact that he did not testify before the panel and was never placed under oath means whatever came from him via whatever source is irrelevant and null and void, he was basically not part of that process so the panel should intentionally lied in their report.
