Before you come on Nairaland to argue about
the names of the Lekki Victims and ask for
evidence, please I beg you in the name of your
parents. Read the documents. It's a PDF
document of about 310 pages.
It's details on the #EndSARS panel in Lagos.
Because of sentiments and crumbs you all
denied a crime, a genocide where CCTV camera stopped working, Soldiers
appeared on the scene, people were killed, there
was a video, a Morgue nearby announced to the
public to come and claim the dead bodies
deposited during the time frame of the
massacre.
All these happened but because you have been
cursed by satan, you denied it. You called us
liars...
You denied a crime against humanity!
You suddenly started believing Nigerian
politicians who hide Indomie away from you
during pandemic so you die of hunger,
You suddenly believed Nigerian politicians who
can't build good hospitals because they go
abroad for treatments,
You suddenly took sides with Nigerian politicians
who can't build good schools because their kids
schools abroad.
You called a glaring truth with a lot of evidence
lies because they are from young people
We only demanded for a better country nothing
else.
I am both pained and ashamed at you people
mostly that g0at celebrity Omotola and our resident BMC's who came
out to say nothing happened.
It's over 300 pages.
Read it like the bible. This is not Biafran war that
we didn't witness. We witnessed this one and we
have a document.

Lekkilies you mean.

ON LEKKI "MASSACRE"
We have 3 categories of Nigerians on the Lekki 'Massacre'.
1. Believers- those who believed with their lives that a Massacre took place. To these people those denying that a Massacre happened are evil and conscienceless people. They don't want anyone to challenge their claim.

2. Non-Belivers- those denied that a Massacre happened and are prepared to do everything to show or convince others that it didn't happen. To them any claim without evidence is just an attempt to blackmail the government and country.

3. Proof Seekers- those who neither believed nor denied that a Massacre happened. They want evidence- real evidence to make up their minds. They have open minds and willing to change their minds with superior evidence.

A Massacre- mass unlawful killing of people is a genocide- a serious crime anywhere in the world. To successfully prosecute the crime of murder- not to talk of mass murder, real and verifiable evidence is needed.

Let us assume but not concede that a Massacre happened and that soldiers carried it out unlawfully, and arrest the soldiers and put them on trial for murder, what evidence are we going to use to prosecute them successfully? We need the bodies of those allegedly killed, their family members to prove that their loved ones were killed and others. Suspicion is not enough to sustain a charge or charges of Massacre. The Panel’s conclusions are reflective of the dominant social media narratives.

This is the only presumptuous genocide case that has it evidence on paper rather than physical references.

It's not about believing politicians or not.

If your position comes from a point of critical analysis, then with all due respect it's either you have a less than average IQ or you're simply suffering the side effects of bad governance. Either way I don't blame you, continuous denial of facts doesn't establish it as a lie.

The reason why people don't believe it is what you yourself are perpetuating right now. When you want to push a narrative, make sure you don't add false information to it or else, people will just paint that false narrative and the one you want as mere lies

Now please note the numbers

1. How can you say Network was jammed when people licestreamed videos during the said event? First wahala

2. People were killed. Names, addresses, families. Not mixing names of those who died elsewhere and/or those who showed up after being pronounced dead.

3. False. The morgue was not nearby and what the morgue said was in the entire duration of the riots(a week) all over the state, bodies(of people who died from the whole state) were deposited. Now how is that the sane time frame?

4. This food you people looted were not hoarded. They were being stockpiled and awaiting more supplied before they are shared. People who looted it are criminals

With this thinking of yours, we still have a long way to go as a nation.
Let's not talk about the cctv tampering by LCC
Let's not talk about the tampering of crime scene
Let's not talk about the erasure of forensic evidence.

Your skewed inference here apply much to your situation than mine.
Approaching an issue like this with a closed mind and preconceived expectations is prejudicial to the reasonable minds.

Talking about facts, Friedrich Nietzsche opined of which I'm equally a believer that there are no facts, just interpretations.

Everything we hear or read without a substantial evidence is an opinion, not the truth.
The Truth is more important than the fact in the word of Frank Lloyd Wright. So fact itself obscure the truth when it is built on conjectures.

Pray tell! Did the panel after a year of sitting decided unanimously to mislead the public, or did they state the facts of their findings with forensic evidences indexed in the document. Now tell me what further evidence do you need, or perhaps you thought the report was going to favor the state in that they set up the Panel.
Now the likes of you and other mischief makers are trying so hard to do the bidding of your political slave masters by trying to discredit the report or the credibility of the gentlemen and Ladies who constituted the Panel.

Have you listened to the sound submission of Abiodun Awonikoko SAN (one of the panel members) on Arise television interview as regard this?
Just wait for the LASG white paper. I know it will shock many of you guys, but as usual you'll regard it as government underhand.

Again, be it in logics, mathematics, law or biblical. A negative-positive situation can never give rise to positive outcome.
Those inconsistent conjectures and errors in the report rubbish their findings in entirety.

Beyond reasonable doubt means nothing in Nigeria, the panel based their evidence on hearsay and they want you to accept that hearsay as credible facts.

This is one of the many reasons why everything in this country is substandard, mediocre and a sad joke.

Before the man's assertions on TV, there are stated and indisputable facts regarding bogus claims and errors in the report, the panel members admitted on National TV that there are errors in their report.

We know people died and sustained injuries far far away from Lekki, but the panel wrote Lekki as the location of death and injury.

The panel intentionally lied and submitted the error ridden report.

Bro to be objective....that endsars was hijacked by opposition politicians a week after it began. The moment the government met and surpass the demands of the protesters by asking states to set up judicial panel of enquiries....and the police disbanded the sars unit....the protest should have ended but opposition PDP politicians saw it as an opportunity....another fuel subsidy protest(fuel subsidy protest in Jan 2012 marked the end of GEJ presidency) and began funding the endsars protest while urging them not to agree to government demands.
The whole massacre stuff of 20th october was the climax of their plans. I was online on the 20th Night....and i keep asking if really whatever happened on 20th took place...why were people not posting real pictures of the events to illustrate it...rather they were posting pictures sourced from the internet to protray an event that was supposedly streamed live. Till today even dj switch has not shown any live pictures of the said events depicting a massacre.....none....but pictures of a school drama and pictures of other places other than lekki.
There was shooting by soldiers at Lekki...but there was no massacre
People died all over Lagos before...on....and after 20th october, attributing all those death to Lekki is wrong of the panel and thats where many people pick holes in their report.
The narrative that Lekki toll gate needs to be reopened for Tinubu to continue making money led to the shooting which is predominant on so ial media is just what this report seeks to protray hence the rejection by most people.

We know the military was there, they testified to that effect so stop recycling lame argument.

The question is, who saw 11 dead people, who examined the bodies and declared them dead, who did autopsy on 11 bodies, who, who wrote the death certificates, who buried them, where are the family members and so on

11 dead people is a fabrication and fantasy concoted by liars, crooks, corrupt and incompetent elements on that panel.

Pathologist said he only examined 3 bodies and only one came from LTG the day after the incident and he did not see any bullet wound after examination and autopsy

So 11 dead people obviously fell from the sky in front of the panel.

Even injured man in Shomolu miraculously showed up at the LTG to be injured in front of the panel and their fish paper report.

I fear Nigerians o .Una fit lie for Olympics and win hands down .

I have zero issues with the Nigerian army, they misrepresented their actions and they've effectively recanted their initial assertions of not being present, they testified regarding their actions during the proceedings, so why are you trying to kill yourself over a dead issue and not the lies, deception, fake news, false representations and the disaster end product of the same panel the army was present and testified before?

Besides, the forensic and basic experts presented by the panel itself and the state reached the same conclusion that the army fired into the sky and they used blanks, again, this came from the expert the panel hired to testify.

The pathologist said he examined 3 bodies, 2 from a different location and one brought from the LTG the day after the incident and all 3 didn't one 1 single bullet wounds, they all suffered blunt force trauma.

So, how did eleven dead people arrived in the panel's report? How? Who examined the 11 bodies? Who declared them dead, who identified them and ascribe names to the dead bodies? Who contacted their families to identify the dead victims as this dead relatives? Who conducted DNA tests and forensics of the crime scene to even start with?

It's perfectly OK for you and your kind not to think or to swallow rubbish, lies and fabrications, but why expect the rest of us to be gullible, shallow brained and thoughtless.? Why?

So, how did eleven dead people arrived in the panel's report? How? Who examined the 11 bodies? Who declared them dead, who identified them and ascribe names to the dead bodies? Who contacted their families to identify the dead victims as this dead relatives? Who conducted DNA tests and forensics of the crime scene to even start with?

It's perfectly OK for you and your kind not to think or to swallow rubbish, lies and fabrications, but why expect the rest of us to be gullible, shallow brained and thoughtless.? Why?

read the report.. who set up the panel.. was it me? The Government set it up.. they invited experts and analyzed evidence to arrive at that conclusion.. they took witness testimonies too.. they tried inviting the army generals but most never showed up the lcc refused to show the tapes even though they had it. According to the law a judge can rule against u if ur witnesses don't show up over and over again.. check YouTube for Femi falanas interview on channels.

You and your co-travellers are not happy because your lies and propaganda didn't fly..

You claim there was a massacre (let's assume 15 persons and not 78 as initially claimed) yet can't provide any evidence to back up your claims.

In US for example, they'd conduct autopsy on the dead bodies to check the cause of their death and possible time of their death.. but in your own case, there are no dead bodies to conduct autopsy on and no families have come out to fight for justice for missing or dead loved ones, just verbal argument that people died.

Most of you have sold your souls to the devil, reason you go about abusing people when asked to justify your claims. Those judicial panel members will still end up in EFCC net with the way things are going.

Lastly, the United States would not for any reason allow a riot go on for weeks with their police men getting maimed and killed like we saw during EndSars in Nigeria. They'd hunt down and prosecute any offender they get wind of, not the nonsense Dj sWITCH did and is still doing.

The last time I checked, the Army showed up, we saw General Taiwo before the panel, so stop running from pillar to post with irrelevant insinuations.

The fact that the Army show or did not show has nothing to do with the panel's unsubstantiated claims about 11 deaths by witnesses that never showed up.

The person, they actually did not obtain the 11 dead people testimony from the witness, I won't even call him a witness since he did not testify and was never placed under oath and the fact that he did not testify before the panel and was never placed under oath means whatever came from him via whatever source is irrelevant and null and void, he was basically not part of that process so the panel should intentionally lied in their report.

Sarah Ibrahim presented the video where Olalekan Sanusi said he saw 11 dead bodies, she was not a witness, she represented other people that never showed up before the panel.

Now, we all know the reason why the panel took this route, it was basically to dodge cross-examination by the defendant's lawyers, they did not want them to be subjected to cross-examination, they didn't want the opposing lawyers to expose their lies.

1. Olalekan Sanusi did not go before the pane just to dodge cross-examination.

2. Sarah Ibrahim did not show up for cross-examination, she did not show up 4 times as scheduled and they are still looking for her to be cross-examined.

3. Without cross-examination, the panel proceedings and their job is incomplete, so the report again remains null and void.

Since Falana and is so concerned about witnesses not showing up and how the judge rule must rule against them, he should also advise the panel to rule against their liars that did not show for cross-examination.

Liars and hypocrites
