oluwalatte1: I currently use reliance for antenatal and hopefully delivery as well.. just ask them the hmo package they have available.. check what is covered and pick the one suitable for you.. not like pregnancy package.. there’s nothing like that. They have health plans that are covered in each category.. unless they’ve stopped covering pregnancy in their health plan which I doubt |

December mamas, how is waddling?So no one wants to Port to November among us? My own EDD is towards the end of the month but by God's grace,this baby is coming by middle of December (38 weeks) not CS o but by faith. Abeg who else is experiencing this cramp,it feels like labour but it stops after a while. I had to go and lie down because I didn't understand what was happening o. Hello Sabi mamas, trust we are doing well. Please I need your assistance. My baby will be 6 months old on Thursday and she has been exclusively breastfeeding since 5 days after birth (she was on SMA gold when I was not lactating yet). Because I introduced bottle early, she stopped sucking directly so I’ve been pumping to feed. My breast milk supply was good in the first 4 months and I was able to freeze some of the milk, however, after 5 months, my supply dropped and now we’re completely out of breast milk including the frozen ones. We are currently relying only on what I’m able to pump in a day (only about 600mls) which I feel is too small for her age. I tried re-introducing SMA gold but she rejected it. Please can someone suggest an affordable formula that tastes like breast milk so that I can compliment or is 600mls in a day okay? PS: We will be starting solids on Thursday when she clicks 6 months. formidablefunmi:Brown discharge could be old blood from previous menses. Please calm down at this point, take plenty of water, rest well and reduce stress. You can also talk to your gynae if you have one so that the discharge can be monitored and if need be for you to be placed on progesterone suppositories, you'll be told. You'll be fine ma 3 Likes |

Good Morning mamas in the house. Please I have a little concern. I have been ttc for 7 months now. I live in the Eastern part of the country while hubby resides in the Southern part of the country. We visit each other as least in three weeks interval. This weekend is actually my fertile window and I have plans to travel to visit hubby this weekend. Is there any thing extra I should do or eat to improve the chances of getting a positive PT result in this cycle. Sabi mamas in the house please help. |

Mamas in the house am a bit worried ooo, went for scan yesterday at 36weeks, my baby is already head down but she weighs 3.1kg. I don't know what to do to stop(reduce) her weight by the time she's ready to come out. My first child was 4.2kg at birth and I know what I passed through regarding tears and all. I hope I'm not being unreasonable? |

MzCorleone: Senior mama, of cos you are not being unreasonable, your fears are legit, but don't worry about it most scan are just estimate and for all you know your baby's actual weight may not be up to that,the good part is baby is head down so your are ready to go just relax, at this point i don't think there is anything you can do to reduce baby's weight, it's more of genetics and you have reached finished line already, just focus more on getting your body ready for delivery. i am jealous of u sef cos March looks farrrr farrrrrrrr away and it is march ending sef, can't wait to see my handsome boy, forgive me jare i just found out sex yesterday and the thing is shaking me 19 Likes |

Raise you legs up after sex, like hang it on the wall for like 20minuts ( tho Google says it's a myth that doesn't work) but I did it, do not run to the bathroom after sex to wash, and have faith in God.... 5 Likes 1 Share |

MzCorleone: Hii Mama, I think we are teamies, good thing Ur baby is head down o, for the weight, scan shows an estimated weight and yours could also be genes, so don't take it too heart. but here's what my doctor adviced me then reduce carbs, do more of protein and fruits. In this case, since u have less than 4 weeks to go, you can do just fruits in d day and main meal in the night, I know it's not easy but no pain no gain sha. I'm doing it but Honestly I have not been consistent considering most of our meals here is Carbs. 5 Likes |
