No idea ooo, but I feel it wont be as serious as the last one. This will be more of interactive about how the organization functions in relation to the department. Work schedule and adaptability, salary, availability and all.

Ikeja Electric call centre second stage interview is similar to your first stage interview but you will be meeting with the unit heads.

Please prepare like you did for your first interview (it's actually more detailed and applied questions will be asked) becas they will be looking to cut down on the numbers of people they want to hire.

Please know what is expected of you as a call centre agent.

Please know the Core Values of Ikeja Electric. SPICES (read that up on the company website)

Try and have idea of the company Mission and Vision Statement

Please know the difference between call center and contact center.

Please prepare what make you the best candidate for the job (read the job description and digest it).

It will likely be a 4-5 man panel.

Be confident but don't be proud.

Be Eloquent but don't talk off point.

Importantantly pray for God's favor. Goodluck!
