I bought SPG3000ES at a show room and I was given the address of their service center and the service line number where i can lodge complain about my generator to avoid taking my Generator to a road side mechanic.
I took my generator to the service center for service i received top notch service, very affordable and my generator become new again. Sumec Firman best brand

I HATE GENERATOR NOISE
I know many of you would have experience Generator noise, maybe from your own Generator or neighbors. The noise it makes is so bad especially in the night when you can hardly sleep due to the noise of the generator.
I visit a friend who is running on Generator ECO7990ES boldly written Semi silent ,i don't know at first that it was a Generator because I didn't notice the sound of the generator until he said he didn't buy enough fuel,i was shocked because I didn't hear the sound of the generator,then he said when will say;
Power strong
Quality assurance , go for Sumec Firman.

I went to a a generator outlet today to confirm the price of generator and confirm if they are not selling fake, i saw Elepon generator but what amazed me most is SPS12000SE produce by Sumec Firman a Petrol generator and what was written on the generator is zero noise.
Please i need an advice because I'm confused at the moment which one should I go for,i hate noise?

Aside the oil dropping, no other complaint.

What's the best engine oil to use on generator to avoid the generator bringing out smoke

You can call theur service line,but from experience its oil seal.
