It is common knowledge that some sellers on the street think majority of the people building are Ajebotas, Londoners, Abrodians, etc and thus prices and services are adjusted. Even up to the level of outright fraud and arrests with mugshots. On this thread.

So one has to always find street prices and purchase accordingly. I have been accused that I do not buy from vendors on here (which is not true), but the TOS of the site does not require us to buy from each other.

Exactly why I go to the market myself. Internet prices are exorbitantly high.

You’ll do well. Setting up blocks is the cheap and easy part of house building. The real money starts at roofing and finishing.

Regardless of what your masons say please use damp proof covering on your German floor, it’s like N20K or so. Use pillars at the corners and chained beam.

If time permits, study the early pages of this thread. Lots of great posts there. The only thing that’s changed is prices have gone up but things to learn still.

is eguje and i don't allow them to extort me, no colabo can ever happen btw me and them because i don't known them, i respect and honor whom i'm dealing with, and they are the owner of the site.

My carpenter was also not happy I got the supply of wood from another source ( hslbroker2). But when I asked him of the quality, he confirmed the quality was ok. So I told him case close. After all, I go pay you for your job.

Anyone in the house with the idea of internet connection in Ibeju Lekki? lack of good internet connection basically means waste of money for expensive TVS as you won't be able to stream Netflix and the likes

fiber one are doing pretty well... if they can access your location with fiber, or you go for universal router then check which of the network provider has a strong connections at your end..
