I feel very bad when i sales to a customer and he return to inform me that they could not get spare parts to fix an issue on such product.. Too poor!! Thats why mostly recommend FIRMAN to my customers because the parts is every where.

Pls note this information:

Dont bend your genegerator while putting oil, it will make to over gedge the oil and when oil is over gedge your Gen will be doing off and On. is good you know this to avoid returning your gen after buying.

Let me remind you that a good generator must be 100% copper coil, must be a genue Engine copacity of 5.5hp or as the case maybe. Dont be decived some generators are not 100% copper coil, some are not even copper at all. Be wise!
