The guy is a fraud
He posted a loan thread and I responded.
He asked for my email password, nairaland account password, Id card, date of birth etc for verification purposes but I only gave him my nairaland account password.
He declined to give the loan because I refused to release all those other information.
Now, I saw that he has started using my account for fraudulent bitcoin investment adverts

Kindly disregard the false advert because its not from me and I will not be responsible for your loss.

I have changed my password but I'm not sure yet if that would be enough to deter him from further access to my account. I may have to deactivate the account if I found out he still has access.

I have made some warning posts but he has removed them but that was before I could change my password. Now, I'm waiting to see if he still has access

Someone I keep bursting and his account keeps getting banned,you people can be funny at times,does nairaland look like bank or sokoloan company. Anything involving money here na scam, even goods on technology section,only few legit,many na scrap while majority na refurbished,na investment or auto section we won talk.

If your claim is valid, that means you are careless with your money.

Only God and second thought prevented me from releasing my BVN, date of birth and account number to him...he would have emptied my account by now.

went to the bank and wrote a complaint that i was been defrauded. Gave them the bank and account i sent it to.
Then they did the rest
