What the Igbo are doing now is what they sometimes referred to as " eme ngwa ngwa, emeghara odachi" and "iwepu aka enwe n'ofe tupu ohuro aka mmadu"

Drug abuse and northern youths are like 5&6

Quite my take on it.

And it's a good thing.

Root it out before it gains ground

The only reason you are hearing about Mkpurummiri is because we call our criminals out.

Go to Lagos and see what Ice doing to people there. But because Yorubas love protecting their criminals, you'll never bet them condemn it.

[quote author=vanbonattel post=108043568]The real home of crystal meth has always been Kano, and the north. Millions of northern youths, in their illiteracy and ignorance has been abusing the drug and all other concoctions for the past 25 years

The notion that the abuse of methamphetamine is what causes youths in the south east to misbehave is an obvious lie, drug abuse is a big problem in almost every society on earth and it’s not peculiar to Nigeria or South East.

Only one tribe hates everybody

Only ibos hate everybody else

Cos others no allow them dominate them....the next thing is yo hate their neighbours and hosts

Ibos are the only ones who hate everybody and themselves at the same time..... the word LOVE has no place in their vocabulary while hate has numerous acronyms

Good one igbos hate everybody but the Fulanis are helping the igbos to kill everybody so that Nigeria will be one

Could it also be that there is a sponsored attempt to destabilise the Eastern Nigeria by corrupting it from the inside.
Yes, I can agree that the Igbo society quickly identified the menace and publicise it. But the enemies of the Igbo race may actually be attempting to create an implosion within the society.

I am not from the East, buy I think an aggressive effort to arrest the dealers and marketers with the aim of PLUGGING their source.

I have seen that many people are always looking for bad news about the South-East to satisfy their sadist souls. Recently, there has been this furore about the abuse of methamphetamine among the South-eastern youths. Someone has even created a moniker ndimkpurummiri to celebrate it.

But, I am here to disappoint such people with both first hand experience and objective statistics. While I am not here to say that no youth in SE is abusing meth or any other drug, I am here to prove that the prevalence is not so much as to warrant such an uproar. Also, when compared to other regions, SE is one of the regions with the least prevalence of drug abuse.

For example, last October, NDLEA boss Bubar Marwa cited a survey by the United Nations Office on Drug and Crime (UNODC) which shows that the region with the highest prevalence of drug abuse in Nigeria is South-West (with Lagos scoring 32% prevalence and Oyo, 22%).

And, if this is not enough to convince you, I can tell you that I live on the street in South-East and I have hardly met anyone misbehaving (like the alayes who are a common sight in any town in South-West). This proves the UNODC statistics beyond doubt.

Can I advise you

You see that your UNESC or UNESO crap you better drop it and wake up. The people of SE say no to Mmiri or whatever so be it, this is not time for comparison the entire region say no to this drug and you are here talking UNEshit what is your problem? Small drug big drug bro No is No to drug. Keep your analysis to yourself.

The People In The South-East Shout Out At the Slightest Irregularity.

So, that the South-West elders enjoy watching their youths taking Meth and going mad, that wouldn't make the Elders of South-east to Enjoy the same sight.

na Mumu you be, do you know the rate at which this meth is actually wrecking havocs in your lands?? Why mentioning Lagos and Oyo if not that you are a tribal bigoted stupid.

No one aloted anything about MKPURU MMIRIN to your people in the first place, it's your people, I mean those ones actually living in your regional lands, who actually cried out not you Lagos-living-Igbo man.

You are here ranting as if it's someone who teach your people to beging creating public awareness, protesting and holding town hall meeting about MKPURU MMIRIN and it's high rate menace among you youths. Oga shut up your dirty trap and go and wash your lands off the effect and decadence of MKPURU MMIRIN.
