Some guys just mumu for this ehaling work. I can't just imagine.

You're quick to apportion blame on the Driver, for being dutiful in show casing his professionalism. What would you now say about the unscrupulous rider?

Got in a fight with a danfo guy today

Punched him, while his conductor punched me back.

What happened? He ran the red light and was insulting me on top.

Gosh, such a lawless society we live in, I couldn’t take it anymore.

Of course I know I need to calm down cause something bad might have happened to me as the driver was already reaching for scissors, but I was just sooo angry

Why are we so lawless in Naija?

Why? God why?

I wish I had a gun, I would have shot him instantly

Never ever get yourself involved in this form of altercation... You are not on same pedestal with them, majority are in state of hopelessness. Imagining, a flamingo as white and rare as they are, trying to rough shoulder with a pig...she'll definitely get stained...

Just got home and everyone here is telling me the same thing, thankfully the conductors punch to my face was weak sauce, and I didn’t get stabbed, but sigh.

How long are we supposed to adapt to lawlessness?

How long my brother?

No repercussions for anything in this Naija. Even the mass killing that occur, have you ever seen a court case whereby those responsible are being held to account?

I didn’t say it makes me richer.

Sanity comes at a cost in a madhouse like Nigeria. You might want to argue that, I wouldn’t indulge you. wink

If you can't indulge people who counters your argument then stay clear of social media.

If you can't take critism or insult then don't bring your issues to social media because people see things differently and will react differently.

If you know you can make clear your points then there's actually no need making it in the first place.

By the way I didn't say using Uber makes ine richer but I actually meant what you just said in your word "sanity" ... You can't force a horse to drink...

If you can't indulge me then stop making post that points to me directly or indirectly.

Whenever I have GPS problem and I'm on 4G LTE mode, what I do is switch to 3G mode and vice-versa. It happened today on my last trip to Bariga. Sometimes, the GPS stops directing and stations at one point even when I'm on motion. But once I changed my mode, it picks up again.

Also note that if you are already on 3G mode, switch back to 4G LTE mode.

I notice that some areas are not good with 4G mode...while some are good when on 3G mode...so I switch mode.

I use Glo and this has been working for me.

You can make the switch on your phone settings.

Hope this helps.

Change to MTN...Everywhere you go...the best network. Which one be click to 3G in some areas n 4G in some areas which kain stress ontop ur sub again.

Honestly, it seems you need a ton, or maybe 2 tons, of patience to be an ehailing driver.

Almost like sage level patience.

I just was to take this lady somewhere on bolt and she requested to make a stop at a store to which I obliged.

So we got to the store and I parked at the front, she then requested that no I should park right on a tiny one car driveway right in front of the store. It is kinda hard to explain without drawing a picture, but in terms of distance, the difference in meters would have been like 3 meters, I kid you not! I told her gently, I am right in front of the store already and you said you quickly wanna go grab something. She was like Ogaden, re-park and enter here.

I was just thinking like, really, what difference would it make? Unless you just want to be a difficult, controlling and condescending somebody.

I just told her that no I’m not re-parking and I am canceling the ride.

It’s almost like some riders want you to be their slaves.

Although these kind of experiences are always balanced out by nice/indifferent riders, but when you come across a difficult rider, it always just changes moods or maybe it’s just me.

Haha, tearing ACL while pressing accelerator, hahahaha... oh my days.

When you watch the replay in slowmo, the way the accelerator pedal defeated your yam legs.

But on a serious note though, health is indeed wealth. That is such a deep saying that a lot of people take for granted, myself included.

Haha! I need to be sent a text book on how this works. Did about 120 trips on both Uber and Indriver in October driving about four to five days a week. This November, I barely was able to drive, did just a few trips the days I went to work, make person for no blow empty from Ajah to Ikoyi. Leg is too weak to drive, even with the determination to hit Ubers five percent, I just couldn't.

I need to know the brand of steroids folks take to achieve that type of feat driving week in week out.

Ones u r used to it, it flows naturally.
