Leyemoshood: We still haven't answered the question about vaccination. These cases memtioned, have they been vaccinated? Because they can't just be giving us numbers without the total fact. How many of the five have been vaccinated? How many of the five already had covid before? Probably got healed of covid, How many of the five has visited the origin of Omicron which is South africa? How will Nigeria not have a case and people leaving from Nigeria are declared positive? 4 Likes |

Teemenzo: I don't even understand this people. May be they are using style to include Nigeria in their ban list. May be these people are South African who just pass thru Nigeria.May God not allow it to happen. I degree and declare 5 Likes |

Hello everyone, I haven’t booked my flight yet, I planned to travel on the 2nd of January because I want to spend some time with my family but this Omicron thing is scaring me. A part of my mind is telling me to move my flight and leave asap. Because it seems like borders may close soon. What would you guys advise me to do? |

If you can leave better to do it on time. But I don’t think they will close border because how long they gonna do that. They said get vaccinated we do now they still want to close border. If they do I guess it will only affect unvaccinated people. But we hope and pray they don’t close anything because we don’t want to hang in Nigeria here. |

Jxool: I think closing the border to Nigerians is inevitable seeing as there isn’t much information about the nature of the variant. It seems like a better safe than sorry situation. And just five minutes ago I read about other countries already moving to place bans on Nigeria |

Teemenzo:ur questions are very valid but the last one,4get it. Even if Nigeria has, they will hide it.Lai Mohammed will deny it. At this juncture after what the fed Government has done in recent weeks as regards #endsars panel report, they wont believe a thing the Government says. our reputation is tarnished already by this present Government. till now, they have not banned flights from S.A ooo.infact , no.African country has banned flights from S.A that I know of |
