But Who Created This Fallacy About Marriage? by Nobody: 6:31pm On Nov 30, 2021
Growing up we used to hear stuff like these:

"When you get married things will immediately fall into place for you simply because you got married"
"There's a special blessing that comes with getting married"
"Getting married early will help you become more fulfilled in life"

My observations so far tell me these things are mere fallacies, or is it just me thinking like this? Who else can relate to these "wise" sayings? Do you believe them?

you can't get your answers from strangers online the best is to ask your Parents at home who gave you the wise sayings they would know better

Truly, it comes with its own blessings.

A trial will convince you. It is the secret that holds it together

They are Fallacies
Also that's what the religious folks tend to console themselves with, you know most of them won't admit they are wasting their times in a loveless marriage

Of course it might be fallacy, but under normal circumstances, marriage comes with responsibilities, as a result of that, it will make the man in the house to discipline himself wen it comes to spending recklessly, it will force the man to do more in other to bring more money back home cos of responsibility back home, it might compel him to do what he might not plan to do in the next 10 years even if he has money to do it, eg. Buy cars, building house etc.

But how many of u guys cautious urself to achieve that.

Many will married and still spending recklessly on gfs and drinking,

It only works for you according to your belief.
"There's a special blessing that comes with getting married" worked for me.
When I asked my wife to marry me, I did not even have a job. She accepted in good faith that things would work out.
After she accepted my proposal, I got serious. Dusted my CV and entered the streets of Ibadan looking for work. I trekked and trekked. Finally got one as a teacher in a primary school that paid 25k. I collected it. I left the school after 18 months and looked for another. That one paid 27k. Mind you, she had a job that paid 15k and another small contract job that came once in a while during our courting period.
I got married to her while earning 27k.
All it took was 1month after the wedding and God in Heaven turned our story around. I got a car as a wedding gift a month after the ceremony.
3 months after, I got a proper job offer in a new org that was more than I could ever imagined. Our story turned around for good. Financial stability came like a soothing atmosphere. I am even able to pay for my wife's professional masters program. Me that I was always looking at airplanes in the skies before wondering which day I would be in one, I literally fly every week now. This is entirely God at work.

My wife and I know all we have now is due to God's blessings in marriage and that was just because we beloved and keyed into it.

The blessings of Marriage are real bro. They are not a fallacy!

Cheers.
