What is on ur face is not a common kind of acne,it is fungal acne ,I’m pretty sure u used beard oil which made ur hair pores open and hair was not growing thereby allowing fungal infection, i can tell u for free 98% of dermatologists will not have solution to this they will keep recommending creams and drugs for bacterial acne ,I’m speaking from experience,i spent more than 200k seeking solution,even had routine visits to national hospital to no avail,I did research on my own.
So this is what is wrong with u ‘Fungal acne is a type of infection in your skin's hair follicles. It most commonly appears as small pimples that don't vary much in shape or size, often along with itching’
Solution is ketoconazole 2%
So go to any pharmacy and get nizoral ketoconazole 2% is a small shampoo,sold ard 3k also,at most 2 weeks u will be shocked on how this thing will vanish on ur face like magic..all d best

Lmao. These things dey happen. I can see multiple lesions at different stages of healing. If you look at the healing lesions closely, you can see the familiar hyperpigmentation of healing herpes simplex lesions.
Also, if you zoom closely, you can see holes in the centre of each lesion, thus raising the edges. Remember the edges of herpes simplex lesions are well defined and also what? Raised.
I can swear if he tests for HSV 1 & 2, his doubts would be cleared. It is just best to have one sexual partner.

How far, mine was waaay worse than this, thanks to wanking. The forever remedy to it was lime. Cut in two and scrub the surface real well. It's itchy but don't worry. In a week you'll love your skin again.
This lime you mentioned, can it work for dark spots, pores and pimples? I've been dealing with those things for years now plus my face is always oily

YES, as it effectively dries up the excess oil thereby giving your face a smooth feel. Just give it a try and don't forget to mention me after a week of frequent use. Like saved my face lol

I don't speak nor understand the yoriba language. Lemon works but lime does it better esp when it's a critical case. Look up lime fruit on Google

How many towels do you use? Have at least three for now, start this routine. Soak in hot water and wash while warm, spread under sunlight, use one towel for three days only and repeat until it’s all gone. Bath with Dudu Osun
You will be shocked how it will disappear.

Make sure you follow the towel routine and don’t scratch them
