In doing this we started off with our preliminary works by doing a well for a start, then we proceed to site storage facility as shown below.

Some filling ongoing too

We are still doing the plot filling.

So far. We have dropped 15 Trucks on this plot.
Laterite filling.

We have dropped 17 Trips of late

20 Trips dropped here so far.

We are going to be fencing this plot before we begin construction. So stay tuned. As we resume more filling today.

Currently updating the Design from our client request for construction.

Notable changes.
Ground Floor now has...
Landry Space on its own.
Store made bigger.
We now have Guest room ensuite and maids room. Ensuite too...

The upper floor has now a ln introduced Box Room (convertible office space).

Security House Removed as well as BQ.

Future Development to come behind for Blocks of flats. Building size increases by 30m²

We are doing fence first...
However, we have started bringing in irons to site for the main building as well which we will be commencing by January...

Site Filling is still ongoing.

Fence Works ongoing.
Iron and carpentry form works

We have done the base concrete work...

Full detailed construction begins January 10th 2022.
We have already started making preparations for our ground beam rings and starter pillars...

How much does the land cost ?

Client have purchased land long before I came here. However, from what I learnt so far. Land here goes between 25 - 35m depending on the plot size. Like this one is now is over 700Sqm
