This is my second time of Patronising Imran Roofing. The first project took place early last year being 2019. It was a twin Duplex Located at Redemption Housing Estate, Phase 11, just opposite the Building of Civil Defence Boss. Firstly, I contacted Witch-tech but their quotation and Additional Sqms could get a new 3 Bedroom duplex to a Decking level. That was exactly how I met Imran here. The funny part of it is that I awarded him the contract of about 6m without even meeting him in person or knowing their exact office location. We are on the second project and we haven’t even met neither have we spoken on video calls but he delivers to the core. The current project is located at Ohi, Owerri West. Just opposite Divine Block industry. You can simply go to any of those two locations to confirm the job before getting back to him to discuss the business. His roofing sheets are just like red wines, the older they get, the darker they become (for black colours) no single alteration in the quality.

I have not seen where they use it as ceiling. The last we used is through the beams for our penetration pipes as shown in the picture 3.

Things are cheap in the far north...a typical Arewa man would always consider 'his people before profit'.
Example, transport fare from Kastina(Horma bus) to Lagos currently is N6,000 where as from Abuja (Horma bus) to Onitsha is N10,500.
