Go back to where you used the card and threaten them with the police. Someone will confess.

Card skimming. Start by suing the app POS owners. They are supposed to prevent things like this.

Make noise about it and see them discuss with you offline. It is a reputation thing if it goes out.

People need to request for additional security on cards.

After which he used the cash to purchase something online making it quite untraceable. Maybe he used the money to buy a new smart phone for his girlfriend. Very easy
Just forget the cash. No way out
And also try to be wise while making use of pos

you beed to do two things, get a police report and obtain a court order, to force processing bank to return your money

Your card number, name on your card and C.V.V is all needed for your account to be compromised. That's why I always memorize and erase my C.V.V number.

Your card was compromised from a pos you used recently. There are some pos that copy card details without your knowledge.
Bank cannot do anything about it. Just move on and avoid POS. At worst, transfer money to them directly.

This is why I don't petronize these pos vendors. Majority of them are criminals.

I used it for the first time about 2years ago; few hours later, I received a call from someone claiming to be calling from my bank...

Now, no matter how far or busy ATM point is, I go patience.

Go to the last POS shop you used your ATM, the POS machine may have been compromised by the owner with a device know as skimmer to record ATM cards numbers and pin , if you used your card at 5pm and they took out money at 11pm same day, means they are the scammer , go and scatter the shop or arrest them with police.
