A draw would have been fair considering that we were more threatening in the second half. I was actually telling my brother that the corner that led to a goal was a dangerous one before it happened. Betis players figured out that clearance and Junami was properly placed to receive the ball. It was so premediated to happen.

True.. But even with that, the blame still goes to Memphis for poor positioning. Midfielders don't just throw cut-throat passes without another player making runs. Check that most of his balls were toward Dembele and Dest. Abde and Memphis weren't making any of those. Even Coutinho was more on the offside than on.

I think Xavi saw this and should make amends. Either one of Gavi or Nico should be rested, please. I'll prefer Gavi cos Nico can offer more from the back and can cover in case of counters.

Honestly. The previous cameo before this match was not as bad as we labeled it for Puig. The guy rescued Busquets several times but looked uneasy with forward passes.
