I was in cotonou to renew my international passport, I was able to pass legally with just giving the border officials like 5k in total excluding leaving. Because I had a new passport I had to pay about 10k. Romoke1995: |

Have you seen anyone that got theirs two weeks apart? Cause I got mine and they still indicated 28 days before the second dose. I was even going to make more enquiries if I can do 3 weeks. Please update me as I wouldn't mind the 2 weeks oooo. CalcreteJB: |

@frankrobbn1 @justwise @makano Please brothers , I am still not clear on this . I have 20k USD in my account I intend to apply for a two year Masters program. Tuition for the 2 years(6 semesters) is 10 CAD If I pay full tuition, I will be left with 10k USD My concern is : is 10k enough for POF or should I work for more months and increase that amount? From your experience, given my course duration, can insufficient POF be grounds for visa refusal? Note: I am single , employed(I work on ships). I will sponsor myself. My Masters program is very much related to me B.sc and current work. Will appreciate some guidance on this please. This is the only place I get real, helpful ideas . |

johnfem321: Yes, there is visa age restrictions for people below 35 but that doesnt mean the visa wont come out, you only have to pay more and your visa would be processed successfully. |

New Virus is no more effective!! The WHO and Coronavirus experts are increasingly convinced the new Omicron variant is ‘super mild’ and has, so far, not led to a jump in Covid death rates anywhere in Southern Africa. The WHO is calling this morning for countries to drop travel restrictions and end the mass hysteria, and instead be cautiously optimistic as more and more reports out of South Africa suggest the new Omicron variant is not more lethal than the previous Delta variant. Source: https://www.cityam.com/covid-death-rate-not-rising-swap-travel-restrictions-and-mass-hysteria-for-cautious-optimism-as-omicron-mutation-is-super-mild-variant-who-and-coronavirus-experts-say/ Please spread and kill negativity 3 Likes |

fisayo02: History, language studies, communications, or development studies as related to the person's experience will be best. She needs to look for professors interested in African Studies, particularly Yoruba or Nigeria as a whole. She will argue she studied one of the many culture and ethnic groups in Africa, based on the person's interest. It is a serious work and no amount of nairaland replies can help. She needs to start her search and take it serious. All the best. |

If booked through an agent, your refund will be sent to your agent. If you plan to travel within one year, maybe you should tell him to either cancel the ticket (he will revalidate when you are ready) or re-route your ticket to depart from your new departure. quote author=Sammychi90 post=108214576]Good evening guys, please when u book flight through a third party or an agent and u decides to cancel the flight due to the new law on ground, please will the refund be sent to me or my agent ? For those willing to go by this; Belize is another country one could enter and leave for Canada after the 14days quarantine. I know it would sound a strange country, but it's in the Caribbean just sharing borders with Mexico. It has a consulate in Abuja and since the Consul is a Nigerian, I think it would be easy to get its visa for #75k. Also consider countries with visa on arrival policy for Nigeria PP holders like Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda Guinea, because these ones close by will soon start Shakara. SailingSeafarer: You need to have more in the account, the 10k is borderline, since you are self sponsored what about money for flight tickets if the 10K is for living expenses? Then do you have dependents at home? What will you use as home ties? |

If it's a Nigerian bank, then select Nigeria. Flywire is SUPER fast, as mine was delivered in 2days. Also tick the SMS alert so you could receive a text message once Fanshawe's account is credited. Though they'll still alert you via email. demure178: |

TheGbemisola: They added Nigeria but gave the option of coming into the UK to quarantine for 14 days at 1750 pounds. This is what Canada should have done, not the outright ban, it doesnt make sense 1 Like |
