Folks are poor because of not giving out seed to multiply by GOD ALMIGHTY the GIVER of all things. 2 Corinthians 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for GOD ALMIGHTY loveth a cheerful giver. 9:8 And GOD ALMIGHTY is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: 9:9 (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; HE hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. 9:10 Now HE that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness  9:11 Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to GOD ALMIGHTY. Learn to sow. For the liberal hearts gets harvest all the time. Seed time and harvest don't fail. |

You may be right and wrong at the same time. The innovators became rich as a result of their idea, knowledge and intelligence. Many investors became rich because of their risk taking steps. Many of them became philanthropist after they are rich, not before. If in your logic, sowing seed makes one rich economically, majority of the church goers won’t be poor and will be richer than the investors and innovators 1 Like |

Sunnyshinylight: It is said that "givers never lack", same also is "blessed is the hand that giveth than the hand that taketh"........etc In giving, you give to those in need of what you give........ The reason the poverty is on the increase is ignorant and selfish givings.......... When you give to someone who is in need, you have solved a problem and the blessings and prayers are upon you and that's the giving that have blessings (honoured by God) When you give to the already have, you do not solve any problem rather you create more problems...... A lot time this type of giving is done out of compulsion/deceit...... especially the ones preached by our pastorprenours.....they are never tired of demanding from the sheeple......they don't care how the sheeple make their money and they don't have anything to give back to them (the sheeple)......... When you take from the don't have(the poor) to the have(the rich), you are creating more poverty..... We were told in the congregation to contribute towards the school project (church school) and it was compulsory for workers to pay .... Afterwards school fees was pegged at over a million.....the poor/most contributors couldn't pay, only the few rich and even non Christians, including the polithiefians are able to access the school......this is the reason there are more poverty in the land..... Taking from the poor to give to the rich instead of tbe reverse............... |
