I doubt there's any virtual dollar card with that rate, that ALAT is not functioning, is about 560n, no limit, can buy $1000 at once, that's why its expensive, that's why I'm shocked to see a virtual dollar at 488rate, that's stale.
Anyone giving at that rate would be limited to $100 monthly, just like go money.

I ve learnt my lessons on Aliexpress. Do not buy cheap ! Try compare the nigeria price before you order. It might just be cheaper because the other man is buying in large quantities. Read thoroughly the seller rating before ordering. Chinese are scams like our guys too.

You don't need a shipping agent. Just register at the site,put in your atm card number and you are good to go. It is very important that your address and post code is correct

the actual problem is the $100 per month limit so i tring to find a way to circumvent the problem

That's not how disputes work. Your phone will soon arrived destination and once it does, you will be contacted to come pick it up. If you ignore, the phone will be sent back after awhile and you can't win dispute under such circumstances.

Because this clearance seems to be a new thing, from my previous orders, there was nothing like custom clearance

Don't worry. An 8 item combined package I have being handled by Speedaf also arrived Nigeria yesterday and begun customs clearance process today. I give it that clearance will be completed this week barring any unforseen circumstances. So by Saturday or Monday I expect to get a call.

The package has like three tracking numbers all attached to it and all three can be tracked. Two numbers of RB..... and a third by Speedaf which handled the combined package.

Speedaf will call you to come pick it up when it's ready for pickup
