sorry but I have to say this? many people are stupid to believe that subsidy has ever been Nigeria problem......
1. How do u make profit when u import your own products finished product and export only the raw material?
2. Why can't we as a country refine our product and create market for our product.
3.lets assume we remove subsidy cost of living will increase and labour will go on strike, lecturers, doctors and civil servant all will clamour increase in salary then we go and borrow more money to increase salary then we decrease the value of our money.
4.It boils down that we are going circles. now let me ask...at some point fuel was sold for 65naira and then Goodluck wanted to remove subsidy and then it was said that fuel could get up to 145naira we did riot and it was not done instead some part of the subsidy was removed the it was sold 88naira. Buhari entered and it rose 165naira what exactly caused the increase in price...was it not the same subsidy was removed? if not tell me what was removed that made the fuel price to go up to 165naira.

Don't let anyone fool u my fellow Nigerians we r always going circles...we know the truth let's face it

And you are the dumb one here for believing these liars... This govern will drilled 2.2 mbpd of crude, they will divert .7mbpd.. And now they have diverted oct sales. Now you zombies are on the loose.. spit... you guys are pathetic.

They underquote production figures and steal the difference, ditto subsidy: they inflate import volumes and pocket the difference too.

The most useless regime in Nigeria history

This government will do anything possible to make sure that Nigerians pay N340.00 per a litre of petrol ! Gullible Nigerians won't ask any question as usual;they will grumble for a while, quickly adapt and move on ! How many time is the present administration going to remove the so called subsidy ? Wasn't it the same argument they put forward to increase the price to its present N165.00 per litre ?

By the time the daura man from Niger Republic in aso rock is through with Nigeria and Nigerians,............I reserve my comments !

Yep, it's all gone to feed the subsidy monster.

Which is why it has to go..the subsidy. The difference between the cost of production and the actual pump price has risen to a point where the subsidy money can no longer cover it, and the amount of cash needed is more than we can earn from crude oil revenue.

(Usual disclaimer....both PDP and APC are useless parties, and Buhari has failed.)

It wasn't inevitable when Jonathan was president abi?

It was, but Nigerians follishly said no, and forced GEJ to delay the evil day by spending our excess crude revenue on subsides.

Then oil prices collapsed...and we started using our forex reserves...till it dropped down to 28 billion.

GEJ was not the best leader we've had, but on subsidy removal...he was right, and he was right. Sadly most Nigerians were too blinded to see that.
