I don't think you have lived in one of those HOA fee collecting districts. HOA fee has nothing to do with your individual house, its all about people coming together for their own interest and that of the neighborhood while it is financed by all the home owners. They don't do nothing for your private home.
Please remove mortgage from the equation. The reason is that with mortgage, you might actually end up being in the negative at the end of the year. Let just assume everything to be based on owner financed.
We all understand the last 2-3years increase in property value and wouldn't use that as yardstick.

I need clarification and info on this.
1. What types/size of granite do I use for foundation concrete
2. The supervisor said 70-80mm thickness is enough for the foundation concrete since I'm not decking or build a storey building as against at least 100mm.
3. For the mix, he said: 1:4:6. (Is this mix good enough?)
4. What's the avarage charge for block setting. And which is better between paying perday or based on the number of blocks used.

Please I'll need your input on this.
