My baby is just 5days old and her mom is not yet producing enough breast milk. We are also giving d baby some baby feed which is MY BOY
I want to ask if there is another very good and well recommended baby food u can recommend for me

You or your wife might feel the she isnt producing enough milk but it may just be enough for the baby.Your wife should continue putting the baby to breast.The more the baby sucks the more she produces more milk.Another good baby food is Nestle NAN OPTIPRO 1

My baby is almost 6 months. Please I need your inputs pap or custard. My concern with pap is method of preservation.
Plus I will need recommendations for a good quality cereal too.

Custard is too processed hence not a good option. You can make the pap yourself and store in the freezer to allay your fears. There are varieties of cereals but just make sure to start with a single grain first to watch for allergies. So start with rice or maize or wheat before mixed grains.
Cerelac, Frisogold, nutrients, nutribom etc are all good brands. For mixed grain stages you can also do August secrets Jadens meals

If you have goya oil, keep applying (more like pouring on it in bits) till the ring drops (that's if you did the ring type) then apply penicillin after it drops to heal properly

How old is this baby? And is it a pediatrician treating him? Is the weight loss confirmed by a scale? Weight loss in infants is an emergency and should not be treated with levity.
