Well somewhat considerable.... but when those whom he initially invited for the Walk-of-Peace rejected the invite, refused to sit-down and dialogue like reasonable people, rather chose to behave like spoilt kids with allegations and lies that they cannot prove, then others who volunteered would definitely be welcomed.

The irony is that Sanwo-olu is taken a dangerous but decisive step on this matter. All these "Soro-soke" gang had better pray the Walk-for-Peace flops. If it succeeds, Sanwo-olu would have accidentally developed new sets of voices that will shape the narrative...

I honestly think this craziest phenomenon I've seen in the internet. I couldn't believe it at first when people brought it up until I saw nobody claimed to a member of this organization. The fact that he built up so much clout is honestly marketing genius that has to be studied. I'm hoping he's made money from a paid interview. Monetize before someone notable blast you.

Those who hate south/west more importantly the rapid and incomparable infrastructures completed and on-going in Lagos state will never be happy on this news.

You guys don't know Akintola that well...... his brand of "Religious Activism" and his penetrations in the society. I finished from LASU in 1999.... he thought us GNS 301(~1998)...

He had started his fundamentalism since the 90s to my knowledge..... I can tell you for free that he does have followership and is well funded. In the 90s I know his group had about 2 Hi-ace buses with Ahuja speakers on and they move around....

Akintola is not one to shy away from public debate (check his antecedents and current actions). At GNS class, he thought something about "Knowledge of Islam"; he was open to and practically encourage we Christians to ask him any question about Islam we needed clarification....

Under our very eyes Akintola is embedding himself and his platform into strategic aspects in the society unfortunately we're taking an uninformed narrative about him..... we may find out one day that his group becomes a political force......

Its usually not hard to name people in publicly known organizations. Yes I watched the video and see he has a small following. I'll multiply by 10 since most members hardly show up to meetings even if they do pay dues.

I am even more concerned that this is [most likely] a well funded organization and we must be careful where the funding comes from.
