I couldn't get a clear interpretation of this design.
The designer (an architect/ a draftsman/an autocad user) needs to work well on the design.

Now local government came today that we didn't come to their office before starting the construction and stuffs and all their bills was calculated to 280,000, it caused alot of fights cos they stopped work on the site until 150k was deposited before they left.
Honestly I'm tired of this damn country.
Just fence and gate o not like I'm building a structure or something.
This is crazy, is there this really how it's done in other parts of the country?

So sorry about your experience, development fee is not fixed, you can pay any amount from N100,000 to N350,000 depending on the community. They wont come again, except you paid the wrong people.

You should have reached out to the local government at Nkwo Nike and obtained what they call a fencing permit. I paid N20,000 last time. It's not a building permit, just for fencing. But as they have seen you didn't pay, they will be hard on you, dont pay anymore on site, make sure you go to the office for either community or government payments in Enugu.

This can only happen in amechi/awkunanaw areas their youths are now touts, you have to be notorious in dealing with them, there's this grin and envy they have if you're not an indigen, they're mad because they have sold almost all their lands. If you start foundation they will come again.
