When applying for dependent visa , is the main applicants CAS needed?
What about a case where it wasn’t uploaded and appointment date has been fixed ,is there a remedy?

This came after our plans to travel in September was truncated due to Abnormal Chest x-ray I got and had to wait for 8weeks for sputum test, As we won't be able meet up with enrollment after 8weeks we deferred.

No additional proof for education nor work request
God that did it for us will do it for all that are waiting..Amen

I did biometrics last week, 4 days later, i got NSF mail demanding for employment and education documents since i graduated in 2011. I had declared 2 US student refusals and 1 canada permanent residence rejection in my application.

But when i applied for UK study, i used only my BSC and didnt include MBA since the bsc is sufficient to get admission. when UKVI requested for additional documents, i sent in my employment letter, work ID, CV, Payslip and bsc certificate (which i uploaded during application). i didnt send my MBA documents as i felt it wasnt part of application.

Now i got another NSF mail but this time, they're not requesting for any docs. Please what should i do? could it be because i didnt declare my MBA?

i called them today shar, they said they have sent it to UKVI to issue me a CAS, once they receive it from UKVI, they will send it to me as soon as possible.
i was not even aware that it is UKVI that issue a CAS number.
work plenty for them hand.

No, the NSF mail has nothing to do with your MBA. They need more time to review the documents you have already provided.

Atimes NSF mail is used to buy time.

I have been following the trend and I haven't heard of anyone applying for a part-time Course. What do you advise I do, I'm also waiting for a response from Bristol but is a full time course. Does UK give international students part-time Courses?

You can't be issued visas for part-time courses as an international student outside of the UK. So unless you want to complete the course online (if the option is available) or the university will reject your application.

My hubby is curently in the UK as a student and I'm also in the UK as his dependent his student visa is going to expire in March, 2021. Now he wants me to apply for asylum in scotland. I don't know on what storyline, i just need an advice if it's a safe route to consider or i should just shut his idea. Please I'm in dire need of urgent advice

Best guess is that they're unable to meet up with the timing stipulated for priority services, as they have way too many applications than ever. So are being truthful with the fact that no application will be concluded as fast as the timing they stipulated. No visas have been issued faster than 9 days in the last month(s).

I don’t think so. Because, your MBA is not part of what you’d need to get admission. No panic, all they’ll do is verify your documents and it’ll end it praise ✊�
