Articulated vehicle drivers used to be tested for drugs randomly. Recertification of state license, especially for articulated vehicles and commercial bus drivers.

The driver here should be charged for first degree murder. Why? He turned his machine to weapon of mass destruction by speeding off dangerously when flagged to stop by state officials. No matter how bad LASTMA are, they are still the authorized agency. Complaints should be directed to appropriate quarters and not only on lines.

Whatever outcome we see in Nigeria, over 90% blame should go the to governments, this leaders are all colossal failures and it can only become more worse.

Is it not time we pause to say enough is enough rather than patching the ball and languishing in the suffering and smiling creed, if we don't restructure this country, it will continue to fail and can only get more worse.
