1. They said that a Mall will be a waste of building materials but Obiano built it Anyways in Onitsha to challenge the statistics.
2. They said that Anambra Airport will be a waste of money and rods considering its close proximity with other Airports but Obiano built it Anyways to challenge it, but the result so far, after two weeks have proved that Anambra does not need one Airport but at least three. Infact she should have been the first to get Airport before Lagos and Abuja

Now who knows what these new developments that the same Economists, studies and statisticians have criticised will bring to ANAMBRA.

what Anambra needs right now more than anything is good roads. Say you land via Lagos in less than one hour, you will have to spend more than two hours to move from Onitsha to Ekwulọbịa because of bad roads and traffic.
He met good roads and instead of improving them, he allowed them to deteriorate and no new roads built.
In all his eight years,he did just one or two roads in Nnewi without flood control and those roads are now looking like dead trap

Obiano did very well, he built international airport, international conference centre, stadium, flyovers, bridges, roads, hospitals, etc. So the next governor will continue to improve on all these.
