helinues: You dey mind them.....only run after political cases so politicians could fund their cases. They have never brought any socio economic case to court. No single fundamental right is justiceable in Nigeria but SERAP will never take such a case up in court because it will favour the common man. Let SERAP make it possible to sue the FG for not providing jobs for the people them we will know they are doinv something.....for now they just behave like an opposition political party 35 Likes 4 Shares |

The malami led judiciary can best be described as a cattle ranch track styled dump of an association. It's sad that we have fallen so low as a nation since the Hausa/Fulani led government took power... All the gains as regards freedom of the press , freedom of the judiciary, freedom of expression have all been eroded by this race of unintelligent moronic extremist jingoistic arseholes . They are so anti progressive and unintelligent. Just take a look at their region and you would understand why they are so backward. I mean wow! Just wow 5 Likes 3 Shares |

Egwuatu held that when national security is threatened, the issues of fundamental human rights take a second stage Such statements should make all shudder. Does this lawyer even understand what fundamental human rights are - as opposed to the broader concept of human rights? We have a long way to go. Edit: Egwuatu is the judge not the lawyer - my mistake. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

I am interested in the tax expect of the matter.. if twitter was supposed to pay taxes and they were not, why is that?... No wonder there are zero infrastructure... Pictures of bad roads keep surfacing on social media about the state of roads in Nigeria.. if a giant like Twitter isn't paying... 2 Likes |

louqas: You're talking utter nonsense. What do you know about the justiciability of fundamental human rights? What do you understand by fundamental human rights? Are you saying the right to life is not justiciable? And where have you ever heard of socio economic rights being justiciable?? Mr. Man don't dabble into things of which you are completely ignorant. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

For once SERAP is right. How will you claim a platform is an avenue for terrorism while still having government accounts on the same platform? Does the government support terrorism? ![]() Maybe twitter should have deleted the government accounts and helped them along the way. 2 Likes |
