I raised an awareness, because acts of illegal untechnical refining of crude oil affects all and one inclusive of you and me, with few exceptions.
Let me ask you, will you with all good intentions drive into a motor spirit refueling station knowing that what will be dispensed into your vechicle is an adulterated fuel,maybe mixture of diesel,benzine,parafin, water,motor spirit, mud etc, will you?
With all good intentions you want to buy kerosene, and knowingly buy a cocktail of water, diesel, mud, a dash of kerosene, will you? And these crude by products are sold openly., Who are abetting this crime? From Omerelu to Umuagwo you see women, girls, young men and even school age children hauling adulterated petroleum products,even bathing themselves with it. Do they know what they are doing to themselves, to you, to me, to earth health? Their act will soon bite you or your loved ones. Corrupt policemen collect money and look away.
Let's look at Gold, illegal mining of gold or other precious minerals takes place all over the world where there is gold or such and it's sales are controlled and organized by criminal cartels and hardened corrupt government officials.
Remember gold is more an access than crude oil, its crude mining impacts mainly on the illegal miners, and earth health, but the illegal proceeds are enjoyed not in places like nairaland, but in palaces and ornamental palatial homes.
