If they are not travelling with you immediately but you want to apply for them now so they can join you later , say YES and make sure your proof of fund is enough to cover them. If however they are not applying with you, say No.
Secondly if you want to tick yes whether or not they are joining you immediately, let your POF cover all of them. Someone made this mistake here and was rejected based on not showing enough financial evidence.

If it's Access bank's exclusive signature card stuff. Na sorry things ooo. You can only use it for a maximum of $500. And the rate is about 570 to one dollar. I'm speaking from experience.

Good evening great minds, please I urgently needs your contributions. I applied for student visa recently with my wife as dependant. However, I received a mail 5 days after our application that my wife should provide more supporting evidence to proof her relationship with me within 10days. We provided our wedding certificate, affidavit showing change of name, wedding pictures, casual pictures etc.

To cut it short my visa was approved while hers was denied. The stated reason for her denial was because she doesn't provide enough evidence to proof she's my wife. We were given room to appeal or pay £80 for Administrative review which will be addressed within the next 3 months.

My questions are:

1.) Was she denied because of omicron having provided all those supporting relationship evidences?

2.) Can she reapply for fresh visa/how soon can one reapply after denial?

3.) Is UK still given dependant Visa this period?

Please I need help, i got to a stage to pay for IHS fee and I was asked if I have someone as British citizen which I don't have so I picked no.
Then it brought out the statement that I "do not have dependants" whereas I have three which I included when making the application.
When I proceeded I noticed that the payment I am to make is for me alone.

Did you receive her rejection letter by email?

You still have a chance to prove them wrong as option of Appeal and AR is there, maybe they want to shake you guys a little.

You would have enured you attach enough evidence at first hand "non criminating chats, pictures both wedding and random pictures" anything at all that links your both" nothing is too much. Moving forward i think you just need to add more and more evidence including bills paid together, show non criminating chats that dates back up till this moment to prove its still subsisting anything at all that links you both.

I was having a random chat with a friend today on things to be careful of when packaging applications and he said "once you start counting your 28-days PoF maturity, ensure you don't receive a substantial amount of money in the same account, else you'll have to explain the source of the money". So in context, if you need 5m for PoF and you already have 5m+ in the account, ensure any deposit coming to the account within the maturity period is something below say, 50k per transaction. if you drop say like 500k or 1m in the account, you'll have to explain the source of the money.

I kind of disagree with him, I believe the concern should be the money not going below the required amount. In the case where 5m PoF is required, and the opening balance is 5m, even if the closing balance is 7m, it shouldn't be an issue.

Please am I right or he is?

Yes but you have to pay each individual fee separately with their passport number or reference number as narration.

I use it to pay for my visa fee and ihs. For you to be able to use it, you will need to subscribe for one year which is 90k
