It's faith in God, you can try exuding the same confidence in nothing and see the difference.

It can't be simply faith in god or else every believer in god would exude the same confidence. I am inclined to think it is something more integral to his personality than anything else.

Don't mind the delusional. They desperately want to justify their morbid thirst for wealth ni. Jesus himself said it ll be like a camel passing through the needle eye for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.

It's not manipulative. You saw and know the amount of wealthy members and ministers that "give" the so called sacrifice and keep giving. It hasn't made them any less wealthy.
If people claim that the majority of the church is poor, how come their total estimates giving is in the millions and billions? And this giving is everytime and every year, no break. If Jesus tarries, it will still be the same story 10years from now.

It totally is manipulative.

How is the constant giving indicative that it isn't manipulative?

I never mentioned anything about poor or becoming less wealthy so I dunno why you are mentioning that to me.

We are talking about enormous wealth of an individual at the expense of millions of poor people in a third world country.

Jesus Christ told zacceous "sell all you have, give to the poor and follow me.Jesus realised that enormous wealth is a distraction on the path of spiritual upliftment .

Jesus said that "it will be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a niddle than for a rich man to entre the kingdom of God"

grin grin grin I understand your understanding.God created religion (through Jesus that why he died through that means to established a true region and worship to God).let me tell you you dont have access to God because you are not pure but you do through the blood of Jesus.its the blood of Jesus that give you access to God.or are you saying Satan also have access to God too.religion was created to help people make good choice Jesus brought what true religion should be.now always see God like someone that runs a kingdom.and you know the people that are in a kingdom.you dont have everything you need inside you.if not you will only exist by yourself grin grin grin.you were born in a family and your family started impacting knowledge in you teaching you what's right and wrong. If you have everything you need inside you then you shouldn't have been created or giving birth to.because there will never be room to teach ,mentor, direct and the rest.

It might not happen today or tomorrow, but someday, you will understand exactly what I mean.

My only sincere advice to you - get your hands dirty, and do some research.

He will continue to prey on the gullible sheep that cannot think for themselves, Jesus never owned a donkey or a school in Bethlehem, Galilee, Judea or Nazareth.
He fed the poor, healed the sick whenever he ministered to people unlike these ones that only need you to sow a seed to enrich themselves and their families.
What stopped you from doing same? Don't you want money? You are completely daft and no1 is telling you!!
Don't you feel it takes a special wisdom and intelligence to scam people all these years? As u posited.

Christianity is for all who believe. I mean all who believe have the potential to feed the poor, ride on donkeys, own a school.

Na mumu dey worry am

I get so irritated and disgusted when people start criticizing the church for what IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY

instead of them to channel their rage to Ogun State government and ask their leaders why their roads are in a sorry state as a tax payer,it's pastor that they'll begin to attack.

Where you are missing it is that in Africa that has dedicated themselves to witchcraft and idols in the past, it takes only one with the spirit of God to make things work. Evil alters everywhere. All these qualities you mentioned are a result of the blessings of God and the wisdom of the Holy spirit.

Dangote, Otedola, Alakija, Adenuga, Awosika, etc, don't have such measure of the Holy Spirit... Matter of fact, many of them are not even Born again.

They are doing very well based on those principles which they apply in all they do.

I'm not trying to diminish the place and impact of spiritual grace and power... However, even being spiritual without those added principles still amount to financial lack and poverty.

Please, read your Bible!!!

The mission of Jesus Christ on earth was very clear. He lived only 33 years. He came for one thing and one thing alone, to atone for the sins of mankind
The work of church building, spreading the gospel and preserving the body of Christ was to be undertaken by his disciples and those that came after them just like it is done today. Hi

Even if Christ did not own any possession, you should know that he never lacked anything. He was NOT poor

He was not rich either. No dey deceive yourself

Mk sure what you really want to markets is right then you have no cos for alarm.
John360comng:

I have a made up my mind, you see this coming year 2022, I'm so much going to market myself and my products so well both online and offline that those around me won't have any choice than to patronize me. If I have you on my contacts and I cannot post my products or services online because of you, I will delete you sharp sharp make I kukuma have peace. Unless you are ready to be bankrolling me. What's the point of being broke and 'saving face'? "Eji afufu anya isi?"

You see this part. It is key. Some of these "friends" are up to no good.

Salvation is an individual race.

Bible is our guide.

As a Christian, Jesus Christ is the standard. And Humility, Love, and Charity are the watch-word.

As a Christian, it is a sacred order to care, provide, and cater to the poor. The common or collective wealth of the Church is for the benefit of all as practiced by the Early Christian. Not for the Pastors alone.

The shocking truth is everyone will give an account of his/her life. Do not say your pastor told you this or that. Read your Bible and GOD will give you an understanding of the scripture.

[On the last day, your Pastor will be in the same queue you found yourself to also render an account of his/her life]

God bless you sir. When they say gospel truth; this is it!

Manipulation usually refers to "taking advantage of a victim to get power, control, benefits, and/or privileges at the expense of the victim." It refers to an harmful influence or control over others. Maybe you should pick a better word in the case.

Nah... You are missing the point.

Remove his ministry today, that man will still grow financially and materially!!!

He is not that different from some wealth creators across the globe!

I'm not a member of that church, but I can tell smart and wise leaders when I see them. This is beyond church and religion! Baba Oyedepo knows the pure rudiments of business and financial growth.

If we had such men as leaders of this nation, this country would have been far ahead by now. He is in the class and level of Rockefella, Gate, Abu Dhabi, etc... People that can turn resources to massive financial structures.
Tell them!!! How people fail to realize that what is at play in this man's life is no ordinary wisdom still baffles me!!!
And what stops them from scamming people to make money as they said also baffles me!!
I pray for this wisdom!! The dimension that makes men wonder!!
